Approach to Treatment: I work primarily from an integrative relational psychodynamic perspective, integrating interpersonal, developmental, and multicultural approaches. I seek to be mindful of treating the specific needs of each client and carefully attuning to the many social realities that influence distress. My goal is for clients to develop a deeper sense of internal sturdiness, safety, purpose, and wholeness.
