Dr. Jennifer Robles received her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Ohio State University. She completed her clinical internship at the VA Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA, where she utilized Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with veterans. Dr. Robles completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center which involved training in third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dr. Robles also has experience providing individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient private practice settings. She specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, insomnia, and stress management. Dr. Robles works from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, often incorporating mindfulness and acceptance strategies.
