Approach to Treatment: I utilize a psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed integrative approach to assist clients in increasing awareness of the nuances of their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion. Working to avoid pathologizing and oppressive approaches, I prioritize a collaborative therapeutic space and seek to understand the psyche in relation to the larger environment within a multicultural perspective. Ultimately, I hope to facilitate a greater sense of agency, peace, and fulfillment for my clients.
