Clinical Experiences/Interests: My areas of professional interest include young adult identity development, exploring family patterns and complex relationships, navigating grief/loss, trauma history, challenges of living with chronic health conditions, working with students of color, women and first generation college students
Approach to Treatment: My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational, taking into account each person's unique environmental and developmental experiences (systems perspective). I encourage students to approach therapy with a stance of genuine curiosity and openness to self-discovery, as we explore goals for wellness, and identify steps and strategies to facilitate growth and change.
