Clinical Experiences/Interests: Working with historically marginalized communities, particularly Latinx and immigrant populations, individuals with trauma histories, and those navigating acculturation stress, or cultural identity concerns. Passionate about integrating somatic, psychodynamic, and Indigenous healing practices to support the mind-body connection.
Approach to Treatment: Drawing from a culturally centered, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, I incorporate psychodynamic theory, Liberation Psychology, and ancestral wisdom to foster healing, empowerment, and resilience. I work collaboratively with clients to honor their cultural strengths and lived experiences within a compassionate and inclusive space.
